Whew!
It's been a whirlwind couple of weeks, so busy! I'm on the final stretch to Dragon*Con now, and I'm SO excited!

Last weekend I was honored to judge at the 66th World Science Fiction Convention, Denvention 3, here in my hometown! What an experience it was! The environment and dynamic was very different from my usual anime con, although Japanese popular culture is growing as an influence in the mainstream of scifi and fantasy. WorldCon is always filled with business and industry moguls, and the very pillars of the scifi and fantasy communities, and this was no exception! It was a wonderful experience and a con worth attending at least once!

Dragon*Con will be here in just FIFTEEN DAYS. I have so much work to do! I'm excited to be debuting my Mary Boleyn dress with Inara as Anne, and my Dewshine costume with the rest of the ElfQuest people! I'm also completing a Juliet costume from the manga Cloth Road, and will be bringing my Steampunk costume. And I'll be attending the Mighty Fine Shindig, of course!
